Do my clients need to use crypto? +

No. Every invoice and payment link gives them the option to pay with a Visa or Mastercard in USD or EUR. The crypto option is there for clients who want it. You don't have to push it on anyone.

How do I receive the money? +

Whatever you prefer. Most users have it go to their bank in USD. Some hold it in stablecoins for cashflow flexibility. Some take it as Bitcoin. You set a default and override per invoice if you want.

How does pricing work? +

A flat 1.99% per paid invoice. No monthly fees, no setup fees, no minimums. You can send unlimited invoices and only pay when one actually gets paid. If nobody pays you, we don't get paid either - incentives stay aligned with yours.

Can I use my own domain for payment pages? +

Yes, on the Custom tier. Pay pages live at pay.yourcompany.com instead of pay.southpay.io. Your logo, your colors, your name. The client never sees SouthPay branding if you don't want them to.

What happens if a client pays the wrong amount? +

For crypto, the price is locked at the moment they open the link, so they'll always pay the exact converted amount. For underpayments (rare), you get a notification and can choose to accept, refund, or request the difference.

Does it work with QuickBooks or Xero? +

Yes. Paid invoices export automatically. We map crypto and card payments to the right accounts. Your accountant doesn't have to think about it.

Is this just Stripe with extra steps? +

No. Stripe doesn't accept crypto natively. Stripe charges 2.9% even on invoices where there's no fraud risk. Stripe also doesn't let your client pay in USDT from their MetaMask. We do all three.
